Have you checked out the Olivia’s Organics recipe archive lately? We’re always adding fresh, healthy, delicious new dishes to the site. This week, we’re spotlighting a few new recipes that make the most of seasonal ingredients and Olivia’s Organics greens. Check ‘em out!

Stone Fruit Avocado Salad:
Summertime means lots of delicious stone fruits at the farmer’s market and in the produce section. This recipe calls for peaches and plums, but pick whatever looks (and feels) best when you’re shopping. Nectarines, apricots, even cherries are all on the table!

BLT Pasta Salad:
OK, OK, so maybe tomatoes are the real star of the show in late summer. This pasta salad takes the essence of a BLT and transforms it into the perfect side dish or pot luck offering. Don’t forget the fresh herbs!

Chickpea Spinach Fritters:
Chickpea liquid (aka aquafaba) has all kinds of uses in the kitchen and behind the bar. This recipe makes the most of it, creating a delicious fritter that’s perfect with a squeeze of lemon and a dollop of yogurt.
