Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place the chicken thighs, butternut squash and apples on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Roast for 45-55 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. For additional browning, turn oven to broil and broil for just a few minutes.
