Butternut Squash Skewers

Make dinner fun with this veggie side skewer!

Yield: 4 Servings

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Toss the squash with the olive oil, salt and pepper and place on a sheet pan. Roast for 30 minutes.

Once cooled, thread squash onto wooden skewers. Plate skewers and top with chopped sage.
