Deliciously different, Chef Linda’s celery crostini is easy to put together and the unique combination tastes great!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place baguette slices on a sheet pan and brush tops with olive oil. Bake for 8 minutes, or until crunchy and lightly browned.
Remove to a cooling rack and top each one with almond butter, celery, and nuts. Drizzle with honey and serve.
Tips & Tricks: Crostini make for a versatile, simple, and quick appetizer or snack. Start with toasted baguette slices and top with your favorites. Make them savory, sweet or spicy! The bread can be toasted ahead (cool and store in an airtight plastic bag) and easily put together just before serving.
