We have been getting your Baby Spinach at the Whole Foods in Hadley and have to admit it is better than anything we can remember in our almost 30 years of living in Western Mass. As this has been during a late fall and winter season, I am wondering where the heck you grow all of this incredible spinach? Your greens are wonderful. In particular, I love your arugula, which is always fresh and there is a lot in the box. The packaging helps it stay fresh (far superior to greens packed in plastic bags), and I love how easy it is to open the box with the blue tear-off strip, then to re-close it and keep the product fresh for days. I love Olivia's Organic salad mixes. They seem to last a long time before going bad, longer than any other type. The boxes come with so much in them the box seems to never have an end to it. My favorites are Baby Arugula, Sweet Baby Lettuce and Baby Spinach. I buy both the 5oz and the 11oz boxes depending on my use for it. The boxes of them also seem to look and taste fresher and healthier than any other type of salad brands/bags.

I found Olivia's Organics 50/50 Blend Baby Spinach/Spring Mix at Mom's Organic Market (Mom's) in Merrifield, VA. This product has been a life-saver as we have not had a kitchen (due to renovation) since the week after Thanksgiving. I've had other organic mixes that were pre-washed, but they seemed to have an after-taste. To tell you all how much we enjoy your product. In fact, it's gotten to the point where if we go to the grocery store and DON'T have an Olivia's Organics container in the cart, we start to get that weird "where did my car keys go" feeling. I love your lettuce products and they have transformed the way I eat. The lettuce is ready to go, so I can easily make a salad before work, grab a couple handfuls of lettuce, add some cut veggies, ham and feta or avacado and a small container of dressing and I am ready to go. The Olivia's container stays fresh in my fridge so I can buy a weeks worth at a time. With the baby lettuce, no hassle of chopping, etc.  It really is great!

Hey Folks, I never give feedback on anything, but I was so pleased with my first bag of Olivia's spinach, I had to thank you and encourage you to continue to retain high organic standards. I bought the unusually fresh spinach a week ago (or more) with an expiration date of 5/20. I just used the last of it tonite (5/22) and it was as fresh as the day I bought it. I usually have to go through the other brand's spinach even on the day I buy it to pick out the yellowed pieces.  Believe me, I carefully looked for yellowed leaves in yours, but could find none. I also like the packaging, and think this may have something to do with the freshness. I'm all for using as little packaging as possible, and encourage you to continue to search for the best environmental options.  I'm an Olivia's convert. I'll be purchasing your products from here on in.
