Yields 1 serving
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple - chopped
- 1 apple - cored and chopped
- 1 cucumber - seeds removed and chopped
- 2 large handfuls of Olivia’s Organics Power Blend (Spinach and Kale blend)
- Ice - if using a blender
- Water - as needed
- Add the first 4 ingredients along with some ice into a blender, and blend until smooth. Add water to thin out as desired.
- Ingredients can also be juiced.
