- 12 slices prosciutto - sliced thin
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1 to 2 cups Olivia’s Organics Baby Arugula
- 12 thin slices of cheese - pecorino or provolone
- Lay 1 slice of prosciutto flat, long ways. Brush fig jam in middle. Top with arugula and cheese and roll up in the shape of a log. Cut in half, plate and serve.
