Power Acai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Olivia’s Organics Power Blend
  • 1 banana - sliced (reserve half for the topping)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple (or any frozen berry)
  • 1 3.5 oz pack frozen unsweetened Acai berry pulp
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or unsweetened coconut milk)

Top with your favorites. Here's ours:

  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple - chopped
  • 1/2 small banana - sliced
  • 1/4 cup berries
  • Drizzle of organic honey

Preparation

  • Place first 5 ingredients into a blender and combine. Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
