Kale Smoothie

Refresh any time of day with Olivia's vibrant, healthy and delicious kale smoothie! Smoothies are an easy and delicious way to get an additonal (yet hidden) serving of greens!

Ingredients

1 cup of almond milk, Kefir, or fresh squeezed orange juice (or preferred liquid)
1 cup Olivia’s Baby Kale
1 ripe banana
1 ½ cups of frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
*optional: 1 to 2  tbs of nuts (almonds, walnuts), 1 tbs seeds (flax, chia), or your favorite protein powder

 

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Enjoy!
