Kale Berry Smoothie

Refresh any time of day with our kale smoothie! Smoothies are an easy and delicious way to get an additonal (yet hidden) serving of greens!
 

Ingredients

1 cup of almond milk, Kefir, or fresh squeezed orange juice (or preferred liquid)
1 cup Olivia’s Baby Kale
1 ripe banana
1 ½ cups of frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
*optional: 1 to 2  tbs of nuts (almonds, walnuts), 1 tbs seeds (flax, chia), or your favorite protein powder

 

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
