- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup Olivia’s Organics Baby Kale
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh mango
- 1 freshly squeezed lime
- Toasted coconut for topping
- Add all ingredients except the toasted coconut into a blender and blend until smooth and combined.
- Pour into glasses, top with toasted coconut and serve. Or enjoy served in a bowl topped with more deliciousness.
