Arugula Fig Salad

A little sweet and a little crunch with our delicious peppery arugula! A beautiful and refreshing combination.

  • 6-8 fresh figs - quartered
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup walnuts - toasted and chopped
  • 1 (5oz) package of Olivia's Organics Baby Arugula
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Light dressing of your choice


  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl or platter and toss to combine. Add your favorite light dressing. Serve and enjoy!
