Superb Sandwiches!

Is a hot dog a sandwich? Does sauce belong on a cheesesteak? Do you call it a hero, sub, hoagie or grinder?

These questions are best left to philosophers. But one thing we all can agree on: Sandwiches are simply divine! From a classic PB&J to a golden Monte Cristo, there’s nothing quite as comforting and satisfying as delicious ingredients strategically layered between a few slices of bread.

This week, we’re sharing some of our favorite sandwich recipes from the Olivia’s Organics recipe archive. Enjoy!

Prosciutto & Pesto Sandwich:
That ham and American cheese sandwich from your childhood gets a grown-up makeover in this recipe with Mozzarella cheese and a few big handfuls of Olivia’s spinach. Just make sure the prosciutto is sliced thin!

Baby Butter Chicken Sandwich:
No two chicken salad recipes are quite alike, and there are secret ingredients galore (tarragon FTW). Using rotisserie chicken is a great shortcut, but otherwise feel free to tweak this one to taste!

Arugula, Chicken & Mango Sandwich:
Mango might draw some raised eyebrows, but trust us on this one. The tropical fruit is the perfect counterpoint to the heat from the jalapenos and the Nashville hot chicken seasoning.

Grilled Veggie Sandwich:
Vegetarian sandwiches are just as delicious as their meaty counterparts. This recipe is endlessly customizable … mix and match different veggie combos to your heart’s content!
