Veggie Snack Wrap

Encourage the kids to pick out and prep their favorite veggies for this easy wrap-attack! Yield: 8 Wraps


  • 8 (10 inch) soft flour tortillas (wraps)
  • 1 (8 oz.) container roasted red pepper hummus (or your favorite)
  • 2 cups Olivia’s Organics Baby Spinach or Sweet Baby Lettuce
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • red onion - to taste


  • Slice all of the veggies into thin strips.
  • Lay tortillas out. Spread 1 ounce of hummus on each. Top with spinach or lettuce and lay on the assorted sliced veggies. Roll up tightly and serve.
