- 8 oz. package light cream cheese - softened
- 2 tablespoons light sour cream
- 2 or 3 drops sriracha
- 1 dozen green olives (can substitute with black) – chopped small
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 Olivia’s Organics Celery Heart
- 1/4 cup walnuts - chopped small
- Mix together the first 4 ingredients and season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Wash and dry the celery and then cut into 2 or 3 inch pieces. Stuff the celery with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
