Stuffed Celery

Ants on a log??? Chef Linda's version is a winner with a hint of siracha and briny green olives! 


  • 8 oz. package light cream cheese - softened
  • 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 2 or 3 drops sriracha
  • 1 dozen green olives (can substitute with black) – chopped small
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 Olivia’s Organics Celery Heart
  • 1/4 cup walnuts - chopped small



  • Mix together the first 4 ingredients and season with salt & pepper to taste.
  • Wash and dry the celery and then cut into 2 or 3 inch pieces. Stuff the celery with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
