Sauteed Greens with Smoked Paprika

Smoked paprika adds a deliciously hearty flavor to these meatless greens.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion - chopped
  • 1 (11oz) package of Olivia’s Organics Baby Sauté Blend
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika


  • Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the greens, stirring to combine and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in salt, pepper and paprika.
