Ricotta Spinach Mint Spread

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup Olivia's Organics Baby Spinach - chopped small
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint - chopped small
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and serve with crackers or veggies.
