Ricotta Spinach Mint Spread

Perfect for a delicious Easter appetizer or your next Spring Fling!

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup Olivia's Organics Baby Spinach - chopped small
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint - chopped small
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and serve with crackers or veggies.
