Power Blend Sauté

Who knew greens could be this easy? Power up any meal with this quick and healthy side dish!

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion - chopped
  • 1 red pepper - chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves - minced
  • 1 (11oz) package Olivia’s Power Blend (or Sauté Blend or Juicing Blend)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add the onion and red pepper and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add the greens, season with salt and pepper, and continue sautéing and turning greens for 2 to 3 minutes or until greens are wilted and cooked to desired tenderness.
