- 1 (15.5 oz) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) - rinsed and drained
- 3 handfuls of Olivia's Organics Baby Kale
- 2 garlic cloves - peeled
- 1 whole lemon - juiced
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve with veggies, pretzels or crackers, or use as a spread on wraps and sandwiches.
