Kale Hummus

Make your own hummus. It's easy and delicious and you control the ingredients and flavor!


  • 1 (15.5 oz) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) - rinsed and drained
  • 3 handfuls of Olivia's Organics Baby Kale
  • 2 garlic cloves - peeled
  • 1 whole lemon - juiced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper - to taste


  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve with veggies, pretzels or crackers, or use as a spread on wraps and sandwiches.
