- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon stone ground Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts - shredded
- 2 handfuls Olivia's Organics Baby Kale - chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Dressing: Whisk together the first four ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a serving bowl and toss with the dressing.
