Kale & Brussels Sprouts Slaw

Fresh, delicious and loaded with green goodness!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon stone ground Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts - shredded
  • 2 handfuls Olivia's Organics Baby Kale - chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Preparation

  • Dressing: Whisk together the first four ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the remaining ingredients in a serving bowl and toss with the dressing.
