Yields 2-3 cups
- 1 cup Olivia's Organics Arugula - chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh basil - chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint - chopped
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve as a dip, use as a spread, or simply toss with your favorite Olivia's greens. Our favorite is to serve with chilled shrimp.
