Green Goddess Dressing

A green dream for sure! Easy to switch up the flavors with different greens, herbs, avocado, chives, anchovies...  YUM!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olivia's Organics Arugula - chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil - chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint - chopped
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

    Serve as a dip, use as a spread, or simply toss with your favorite Olivia's greens. Our favorite is to serve with chilled shrimp.
