Fresh-from-the-Garden Salad

A fabulous garden delight combining the freshest ingredients of summer with your favorite Olivia's greens. 


  • 2 garden beefsteak tomatoes - cut in wedges
  • 1 garden cucumber - sliced in rounds
  • 2 cups of Olivia’s Organics Baby Arugula (or your favorite greens) 
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Drizzle of an aged balsamic


  • Toss all ingredients together and serve immediately.
