Chicken Salad Romaine Wraps

This yummy chicken salad ditches the bread (and the extra calories and carbs) for fresh, crunchy romaine leaves!

Ingredients

  • 2 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts - diced small (or 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/2 cup light mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 1/2 cup celery - chopped small
  • 1/2 cup grapes - cut in half
  • 4 Olivia’s Organics Romaine Leaves

Preparation

  • Mix together the first 8 ingredients and serve in Olivia’s fresh and crunchy romaine leaves.
