Caesar Salad

Turn this favorite into the perfect summer supper with the addition of grilled salmon, chicken or shrimp!

  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 2 garlic cloves - minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (7oz) package of Olivia's Organics Romaine Leaves - chopped
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • Salt and pepper


  • In a large bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients. In same bowl with dressing, add the chopped romaine, Parmesan cheese and croutons. Toss together with the dressing and season as needed with salt and pepper.
