- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh basil - packed
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Add blueberries, basil, vinegar and honey to a blender and process. Slowly drizzle oil into blender while running on low, season with salt and pepper, and blend well.
