Baby Kale Salad

Chef Linda amps it up with the brilliant color and sweetness of blood oranges. Serves 2


  • 1 (5oz.) Olivia's Organics Baby Kale
  • 2 blood oranges - peeled and segmented
  • 3 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vinaigrette



  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or platter. Toss with your favorite vinaigrette and serve.
