Baby Butter Salad

Light and deliciously simple! Dazzle any plate with magnificent baby butter lettuce - taste's as perfect as it looks.

  • 1/2 lemon - squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (5oz) package of Olivia's Organics Baby Butter Lettuce
  • 1 cup cooked baby peas - frozen
  • 1/2 cup radishes - thinly sliced


  • Whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • On a platter, mix together the lettuce, peas and radishes. Lightly drizzle with the dressing. Toss and serve.
