- 1/2 lemon - squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 (5oz) package of Olivia's Organics Baby Butter Lettuce
- 1 cup cooked baby peas - frozen
- 1/2 cup radishes - thinly sliced
- Whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon, olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- On a platter, mix together the lettuce, peas and radishes. Lightly drizzle with the dressing. Toss and serve.
