Arugula & Burrata Salad

Try this as an alternative to the usual Caprese salad. Easy to put together and the flavors deliver!


  • 1 (5 oz.) package of Olivia's Organics Baby Arugula
  • 3 large Buratta cheese balls (can substitute with mozzarella)
  • 1 pint of grape tomatoes - halved
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Aged balsamic


  • Place arugula on a large platter. Top with buratta and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and then drizzle with both olive oil and the balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
