- 1 (5 oz.) package of Olivia's Organics Baby Arugula
- 3 large Buratta cheese balls (can substitute with mozzarella)
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes - halved
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Aged balsamic
- Place arugula on a large platter. Top with buratta and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and then drizzle with both olive oil and the balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
