- Olivia’s Organics Arugula - 2 leaves for each skewer
- Genoa Salami – thin sliced and folded twice
- Grapes (or apples cut into cubes)
- Cheese - 1 inch thick cubes of hard cheese
- Balsamic to drizzle
- Using 3 inch wooden skewers, alternate all ingredients onto a skewer. Place on a platter atop a bed of arugula, drizzle with a good balsamic and serve.
