Arugula Antipasto Skewers

  • Olivia’s Organics Arugula - 2 leaves for each skewer
  • Genoa Salami – thin sliced and folded twice
  • Grapes (or apples cut into cubes)
  • Cheese - 1 inch thick cubes of hard cheese
  • Balsamic to drizzle


  • Using 3 inch wooden skewers, alternate all ingredients onto a skewer. Place on a platter atop a bed of arugula, drizzle with a good balsamic and serve.
